TERMS & CONDITIONS

CLASS POLICIES: Finished class work will be ready to pick up within 2 WEEKS after your last class. Feel free to email the studio and check if your work is ready for pickup. After your work has been fired, we keep it on our shelves for 1 MONTH ONLY. If you don't pick up your finished work within 1 month after firing, it will be discarded. Follow-up sessions for Private Sessions must be booked within 1 WEEK of your previous Private Session. If you do not book a follow-up within 1 week, your pieces will be discarded.

MISSED SESSIONS: Sessions & dates of sessions in each series of group classes are fixed. Joining a different group for a missed session is not allowed. If you miss ONE session of a group Wheel-throwing class ONLY, you can make it up for 2 free hours of independent studio time within 1 month of your last class session. Keep in mind, we offer *no formal instruction* during studio time. For all other Classes & Private Sessions, our rescheduling fee applies (see below). If more than one session is missed, no more free hours are offered.

CANCELLATION POLICY: We offer a full refund (minus any processing fees) up to one week before the start date of your course. You may cancel or reschedule your class by clicking the link in your confirmation email. We offer 70% refund between 1 week and 48 hours before the start date of your course, and you must email us to confirm your cancellation. Between 48 hours and the start date of your course, our Rescheduling fee applies. After a class has started, no refunds are possible. For any Cancellations on our end, we provide an option to rebook at a later date or a full refund minus the processing fees.

RESCHEDULING FEE: We offer ONE free rescheduling option per course booking up to 48 hours before the start date of your first class session. After 48 hours prior to the start date of your course, or for more than one rescheduling request, we require a rescheduling fee of 30% of the total class price each time. You must contact us by email to request to reschedule. After the first session of your class has started, rescheduling is only possible for the glazing session. To reschedule your glazing class only, we require a 30% rescheduling fee of our Flexible glazing class price.

ILLNESS: If you miss a class session or need to reschedule due to illness, our Rescheduling Fee of 30% still applies. A second rescheduling is only possible with a doctors note. For group wheel-throwing classes, see our 'Missed Sessions' policy above.
