WORKING ARTIST PROGRAM
(Internship/ERASMUS - compatible)
Our Working Artist Program is a professional training program for a professional practice in Ceramic Art. Working Artists develop focus, engagement, & inquisitive skills, through technical experience and exposure to a variety of techniques.
Artists maintain our shared Ceramic studio in exchange for reduced rates and more concentrated time/space for their own creative work. Working Artists are featured on CK’s online platforms and are invited to prepare a solo Window Exhibition.
Program length ranges from 6 months to 1 year.* After 1 year, extensions to the program are considered based on project proposals that intend to deepen an artists’ practice.
Applications are received on a rolling basis. Deadlines for review are quarterly: January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1. If accepted, the program can begin approximately 2-6 months after an interview is conducted.
*Exceptions allowed for ERASMUS or Internship applicants. (Please indicate in application form).
